The KKE P-Series is one connected paint correction system, not a shelf of unrelated polishes. Each step removes the marks the step before it leaves, every compound shares the same dust-free, PTFE-enhanced chemistry, and each has a silicone-free (SF) twin for body shops and coating prep.

On the bottle you will see P4000, P6000, P8000, P9500 and PSEAL: the KKE Pro 4000, 6000, 8000, 9500 and Pro Seal you can buy above.

Not a detailer? If your car has swirl marks, dull or faded paint, or light scratches, this is the kit a detailing studio uses to remove them, and Pro Seal keeps the gloss for weeks.

Watch: the P-Series system explained

Why a system: the damage is inside the clear coat

Swirl marks are not on your paint, they are in it: tiny valleys cut into a clear coat that is thinner than a sheet of paper. Correcting them means levelling the clear coat down to the bottom of the deepest mark, and no further. Each P-Series step is tuned to one depth, so you remove only as much clear coat as the defect needs.

  2. Swirls and medium scratchesWash marring and buffer trails. Corrected with P6000 or P8000.
  3. Haze, holograms, micro-marringThe last, finest marks. Refined away with P9500 for a mirror finish.
Each step works to a different depth. The red line is the clear coat's floor: correction must never reach it.

P6000: one compound, three results, set by the pad

P6000 is the all-rounder. Instead of buying a separate cutting, polishing and finishing compound, you change the pad and keep the bottle. It is PTFE-enhanced for slickness, and bonding silicone keeps the gloss through washes (P6000 SF is the silicone-free version).

Green pad: polishLight pressure, 2 to 3 passes to clear swirls and haze

P8000: Adaptive Abrasive Technology, three steps in one

Most correction compounds carry one size of abrasive, so a full job means three bottles and three pad changes. P8000 starts cutting and finishes itself: its abrasive breaks down from cutting size to finishing size as you work, so a swirled daily driver goes from defects to high gloss with one product and one green pad. That is fewer steps and less labour per car. (P8000 SF for coating prep.)

CUT POLISH FINISH HAZY CLEAR
  1. Start: a real cutOn a green pad with medium pressure, the large abrasive removes swirls and scratches.
  2. Ease off as it breaks downThe abrasive gets smaller as you work, so the same product moves from cutting to polishing.
  3. Stop when the residue turns clearClear residue means the finishing stage is done. One product, one pad, one step instead of three.

P9500: the mirror finish, built in five layers

P9500 is the flagship of the series and the last polish before protection. It is not a heavy cut; it refines corrected paint to a swirl-free mirror that holds up under an LED inspection light, which is where most finishing polishes give themselves away with holograms. It works on a DA polisher only, with a red finishing pad.

Coating next? Use P9500 SF: the same sub-micron finish, made for coating prep.

Pro Seal: lock the correction in

Pro Seal (PSEAL on the pack) has zero abrasives, so it cannot over-correct. Bonding silicone, PTFE and carnauba form a water-repelling barrier on the freshly polished clear coat: water beads on flat panels and sheets off angles, and the protection lasts 8 to 12 weeks through regular washing.

Standard or SF: two versions, two jobs

Every correction step comes in two versions. The standard compounds carry bonding silicone, which keeps the gloss and slickness through washes on a car you hand back finished. The SF (silicone-free) versions are made for what comes next: body shop refinishing, a ceramic or graphene coating, or PPF, where the next layer bonds straight to the clear coat.

  1. Standard: gloss that lastsBonding silicone stays on the paint and keeps the gloss and slickness through repeated washes. The choice for a car you hand back finished, topped with Pro Seal.
  2. SF: a clean base for the next layerThe silicone-free versions leave bare, corrected clear coat for ceramic coating, graphene coating, PPF or fresh paint to bond to directly.
  3. Same cut, same finishP6000, P8000 and P9500 cut and finish the same in both versions, so you choose by what goes on next. P4000 is always SF.
Choose by the next step: standard for a finished, lasting gloss; SF when a coating, film or paint goes on next.

Coming to the P-Series: ceramic and graphene coatings

Protect is the step that grows next. Ceramic and graphene coatings are being added to the P-Series, designed to go on paint corrected with the SF compounds, so the whole job, from the first cut to the final coat, comes from one system.

P-Series questions

What is paint correction?

Paint correction is machine polishing that levels the clear coat, so swirl marks, scratches, oxidation and haze are removed rather than filled in. It is done in stages, from a cutting compound to a finishing polish, and then the corrected paint is protected. The KKE P-Series covers every stage: cut (P4000), correct (P6000 or P8000), refine (P9500) and protect (Pro Seal).

Which P-Series compound should I start with?

Start with the least aggressive step that removes the defect, and test one small section first. Sanding marks, oxidation and deep scratches need P4000. Swirls and medium scratches are a job for P6000 or P8000. If the paint only has haze or light marring, P9500 alone may be enough.

What is the difference between P6000 and P8000?

Both correct swirls and scratches. With P6000 you choose the result with the pad: orange to cut, green to polish, red to finish. P8000 uses Adaptive Abrasive Technology: its abrasive breaks down as you work, so one product on one green pad goes from cutting to finishing in a single step. Stop when the residue turns clear.

When do I need the SF (silicone-free) versions?

Use SF whenever something has to bond to the paint afterwards: in a body shop or near a paint booth, and before a ceramic coating, graphene coating or PPF. P4000 is always silicone-free; P6000, P8000 and P9500 each have an SF version. The standard versions contain bonding silicone for gloss that lasts through washes, which suits a finish you will top with Pro Seal.

Can I use a rotary polisher?

P4000 works on a rotary polisher at 1000 to 1500 RPM or a dual-action (DA) polisher at 4000 to 6000 OPM. P6000 and P8000 are made for a DA at 4000 to 6000 OPM. P9500 is DA only.

Will P9500 remove deep scratches?

No. P9500 is an ultra-fine finishing compound. Remove deeper defects with P4000, P6000 or P8000 first, then refine with P9500.

How long does Pro Seal last?

Pro Seal protects for 8 to 12 weeks through regular washing with a pH-neutral shampoo. Reapply every 2 to 3 months for continuous water beading.

Will the P-Series include ceramic and graphene coatings?

Yes. Ceramic and graphene coatings are coming to the P-Series as the next Protect step, designed to go on paint corrected with the SF compounds. Message us on WhatsApp to be told when they launch.

Is the P-Series only for professionals?

It is built for detailers and body shops, but a careful enthusiast with a DA polisher can get studio results. A simple starting kit is P8000 on a green pad, then Pro Seal.
