HIGH pH TRUCK WASH MEDIUM FOAM

Trucks and buses collect heavy oil film and road grime. KKE High pH Truck Wash (Medium Foam) is a concentrated alkaline shampoo for automatic truck and bus wash systems that quickly dissolves oil film, with a medium foam level for visible coverage.

The alkaline formula attacks oil film and greasy deposits on contact. It is generally used after KKE Low pH Shampoo in a two-step wash — the low pH stage loosens mineral dirt, and the high pH stage removes the oil film — though this is a matter of operator preference.

• Fast oil-film removal on large commercial vehicles.
• Medium foam — good visible coverage on the vehicle.
• Low cost per wash — dilute 1:200 to 1:300 or more.

For automatic truck and bus wash systems only, on equipment designed to handle such shampoos — at fleet depots, transport companies and commercial vehicle wash centres.

1. Set your automatic dosing system to dilute 1 part shampoo in 200 to 300 parts of water, or more, as required.
2. Apply through the automatic wash system, after the low pH stage if you run a two-step wash.
3. Rinse thoroughly.

For automatic vehicle wash systems only; do not handle manually. Corrosive — contains strong alkali and can cause skin burns and serious eye damage. Wear rubber gloves and eye protection and refer to the SDS before handling. Do not mix with acids. In case of contact, rinse at once with plenty of water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting; give water and get medical attention. Keep out of reach of children.
