KKE Plus Wash n Wax is a rich, highly concentrated, thick car wash shampoo fortified with gloss-enhancing polymers that lay down a thin wax-like protective layer with every wash. Clean the car, and the paint comes out looking shinier than when you started — a small bonus on every wash, building up to a meaningful protective layer over weeks.
Why a wash-and-wax shampoo
A standard car wash cleans paint and strips a small amount of wax. Then you wax separately, restoring the protective layer. Wash n Wax compresses those into a single step — the polymer surfactants in the shampoo lay down a thin protective layer at the same time as the cleaning chemistry lifts dirt. You don't get the full effect of a dedicated wax (Wash n Wax is a maintenance product, not a replacement for proper waxing), but every wash adds a little to the protection rather than taking from it.
pH-neutral — protects your existing protection
Most car shampoos are slightly acidic or alkaline — they clean effectively but slowly degrade the wax, sealant, or ceramic coating already on the paint. Wash n Wax is pH-neutral, so the chemistry doesn't degrade your existing protection. The wax you applied last month stays intact, and the polymers in the shampoo add a little more on top.
How the polymers work
Special polymer surfactants in Wash n Wax reduce surface tension on the paint as you wash — the hydrophilic effect makes the wash water flow off the paint cleanly, encapsulating and flushing dirt away rather than dragging it across the clear coat. The polymers themselves are deposited as a thin protective film as the water sheets off.
How to use it
- Add 30–50 ml of KKE Plus Wash n Wax to a clean bucket.
- Fill with water at moderate pressure to build foam.
- Wash the car from top to bottom using a clean wash mitt.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Dry with a microfiber drying towel — the polymers leave the paint looking shinier than a standard shampoo would.
Tip: Wash n Wax is not a replacement for proper waxing on bare paint — it's a maintenance-tier product. Use a dedicated wax (like KKE Thick Wax or CernaGlow) every 2–3 months for the base protective layer, and use Wash n Wax in between to maintain it.
