Product description
Most car wash shampoos ship 90% water — which means you pay shipping, plastic, and shelf space for water you could add yourself. KKE P903 is the powdered alternative: 1 kg of high-concentrate powder that dissolves into 5 litres of shampoo concentrate, which then dilutes 100 to 400 times to your preferred foaming strength. The same cleaning power as liquid shampoo, at a fraction of the per-litre cost.
Why pH-neutral matters
Modern car care relies on protective layers — wax, sealants, ceramic coatings — that are sensitive to acidic and alkaline detergents. A shampoo that's too acidic strips wax. A shampoo that's too alkaline degrades sealant. pH-neutral shampoos protect those layers — they clean effectively without removing the protective film you've spent time building up. P903 mixes to a pH-neutral solution, so the wash itself doesn't undo the wax job from last weekend.
Powder vs. liquid — the economics
- Lower shipping cost. Powder weighs a fraction of the equivalent liquid concentrate.
- Less plastic. Powder uses less packaging per litre of finished shampoo.
- Better storage. 1 kg of powder takes much less shelf space than the 5+ litres of liquid it produces.
- Same cleaning power. Once mixed and diluted, performs identically to liquid car shampoos at the same dilution rate.
How to mix it
- Take 1 kg of P903 powder.
- Dilute in 5 litres of water — warm water mixes faster.
- Stir thoroughly, then let it sit for about an hour or until the powder dissolves completely.
- Once mixed, treat the result like a regular car wash shampoo concentrate.
- Dilute the concentrate 100–400× depending on foaming needs (heavy foam = lower dilution; light foam = higher dilution).
Suitable for
- Foam guns and snow foam cannons — high-pressure foam delivery for the snow-foam pre-wash step.
- Automatic car washes — commercial tunnel and gantry systems.
- Hand car wash — with a wash mitt and a bucket.
- Mobile detailing — easy to carry as powder, mix on site as needed.
